1. Do you have a return Policy? Can I return my product after it has reached me?
Yes, aizstore.com Business Partners/Seller have a sample return policy under which you can return a product received by you in damaged or defective condition from the Business Partner/Seller. In the case of categories, like Electronics and home appliances, the return policy is also applicable.
There is a 48 hours return policy. Which Means that you can request the product within 48 hours of receiving the product. Plus, The Product to be returned must reach our business partner/Seller address within a maximum of 10 working days from the date of delivery to you.
aizstore.com Business partner/Seller retains the right to examine whether the returned product is defective and/or damaged. In case the returned product is not defective or damaged, the customer will be informed about the same and product as received will be returned to the shipping address of the customer.
In case returned is eligible for a replacement aizstore.com business partner/seller will send the replacement to the same shipping address of the customer, subject to the availability of the stock of the product.
2. Is there specific condition under which the product returns/replacement may be rejected?
Returns for replacement/refund/exchange under certain scenarios will not be accepted as given below
Request for return is made after48hours of receiving the product by you
The product is used or not in its original condition. The product should not be washed or ironed.
The product is returned without its original, packaging, freebies or accessories.
The product was damaged after use/opening
Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of the product.
Any damage/defect which is not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.
3. How do I return the product? Whom should I contact in such a scenario?
It’s very simple within 48 hours receiving a product you can request a return via email or over the phone at our customer care number 920010492 - Saturday to Thursday (8.00am to 8.00pm) & Friday (1.00pm to 8.00pm)
Please note that a replacement is subject to availability of stock with our Business partner/seller.in case a replacement cannot b maid, we will initiate a full refund.
4. Do I need to return the product in its original box/packaging?
Yes, it’s important that the product is sent back in its original packaging, original manufacturer tags, including the box, manufacturers packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the products delivered (including any free or complimentary item).
5. Will I have to pay any charges for the returns?
We do not charge extra for returns and all replacements/pickup by us are done free of cost.
6. Can I return health and Beauty Gadgets?
Due to hygienic reasons Health & Beauty products (shavers, epilators, oral/ dental care…) are not subject to any return, replacement or refund, unless found defective within (14) days.
7. In case, aizstore cannot collect the product that I wish to return, on which address do I need to courier it?
Once you contact our customer care center by email at or phone +966 55 8052111 (Saturday to Thursday (8.00am to 8.00pm) & Friday (1.00pm to 8.00pm) to confirm whether the product I can be collected from your address or not, our customer care executive will inform you the address where you have to send the courier, in case it can’t be collected from your address by us
Rules and Conditions for Return / Exchange:
Return/Exchange can only be made within 14 days from the date of delivery.
Item should be in a good condition and not used along with the original tag.
It should also be in the same brand box you received.
Unfortunately, we have a no-return policy on some of our products. We advise you to read the product description thoroughly before purchasing your desired product.

2. What is the amount that is Refunded to me?
If a customer returns the product and requests for a refund, the amount refunded would be the price paid for the product (the shipping charge will not be refunded)
3. How Can I track the status of my refund after returning a product?
Once we have received the returned product, our team will verify the nature of the defect/damage. After validation, we will send you an acknowledgment via sms to your registered mobile number, To Check the update status of your refund you can call our customer service number 920010492 - Saturday to Thursday (8.00am to 8.00pm) & Friday (1.00pm to 8.00pm)
4. How long will it take to process my refund if I opt for a refund after returning the product?
We will process your refund after receipt of the product by aizstore.com Business partner/seller. You will get an e-mail/SMS from aizstore.com when your return is accepted and your refund is processed.
5. How and where will I receive my refund amount?
Refunds on aizstore.com are based on the mode of payment used to place the order initially. Below are the refund modes initiated by us.
Cash on Delivery:
COD orders will have its refund through AIZ credit and will be posted on your official aizstore.com account.
6. What are the timelines for refund?
